“Quality” is the most important aspect of micro and macro blogging. Facebook and Twitter are the most popular social networking sites in the world as of now. We make new friends and interact with new people there. At websites and blogs also, new visitors visit our sites. If you observe carefully then you can see it happening clearly that when you upload an Image (also known as AVATAR) to your Facebook and Twitter profile, you will definitely find your images losing some quality after being uploaded. The same thing happens when you upload images to your blog or website, you realize that your image has already lost some quality in comparison to the image on your local computer.
Now the question arises:
Why do images lose quality after uploading?
The reason is quite simple. We mostly upload images in .jpg or .jpeg format which loses its quality after uploading. There is no such preference to stop .jpg or .jpeg images from losing their quality. Now another question arises:
How to maintain image quality while uploading them on the web?
Today in our this article, we are going to explain the solution to this problem. The solution is quite easy. We just have to change the format of images before uploading them. .PNG is the best format for this purpose. In .PNG format, you can save your pictures in high quality so that you can use them effectively both online and offline.
All you have to do is:
- Right-click on the image and open it with MS Paint.
- After opening it, click on blue colored box present at the top left corner and hover over Save as and click on PNG picture (present on the top of the list).
- After clicking on PNG picture, a new window will be opened. Now give the file a desired name and click on Save.
Now you can upload that saved image to anywhere on the internet you want with the same quality as on your computer.
