Play any Pokemon Game on Android Devices using this Trick:
STEP 1. (Installing an Emulator)
There is not a single emulator present on the web for running your Pokemon Games. Emulators are of various types depending on the type of game you want to play. So first off determine which version of Pokemon you want to play. There are many different versions of Pokemon that have been released for all the different Gameboys over the years. You will need a different emulator depending on which version you want to play.
Red, Blue, Green, Yellow – Original Gameboy or Gameboy Color emulator
Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, LeafGreen – Gameboy Advance emulator
Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, SoulSilver, Black, White, Black 2, White 2 – Nintendo DS emulator
Now once you have determined which version of Pokemon you want to play, it’s time to choose the right emulator for it.
Original Gameboy or Gameboy Color emulator – My OldBoy!
Gameboy Advance emulator – My Boy!
Nintendo DS emulator – DraStic DS Emulator
NOTE: If you are installing a Gameboy Advance emulator then you will need to download a separate BIOS file.
This file is not included for legal reasons, but can easily download it here.
Place this BIOS file somewhere on your phone that is easy to find. It is recommended that you place it in the same folder that you will be placing your ROM files in.
You will be asked to locate the BIOS file when you start your Gameboy Advance emulator for the first time.
STEP 2. (Download the Pokemon Game)
Pokemon Games are available in the zip format across the web. We call them ROM. Download the right ROM for your Pokemon Game. CoolRom.com is my favourite site.
Now place the game in a dedicated folder. If you are downloading gave from phone’s browser then the zip will be downloaded to phone or external memory (depending on the storage settings). If you are downloading from your PC then transfer to your phone after complete download.
Create a folder into your phone and give a recognizable name. It’s recommended to name the folder as of the name of game. Move the Game ROM to this folder.
STEP 3. (Play the Game)
Now everything is set up. We are ready to go. Open up the Emulator. Locate the game. After successfully locating it, load the game and you are done!
Now play as many Pokemon Games as you want. Just remember to use the right emulator for your games that support your device properly.
