Sony Xperia L has already established itself as a very strong mid range Android smartphone. The phone features a very beautiful curved body, 4.30-inch Crystal Clear Display, 1GHz Processor, 480×854 pixels Resolution, 1GB RAM, 8MP Rear and 0.3MP Front Camera and many other priceless qualities. But the one thing that bothers all the current Xperia L users is the lack of stability of its firmware and lots of bugs. Even the lower device Xperia M has surpassed it in Android version and bugs fixes.
Xperia L has a gig of RAM and two Krait cores so it should be able to run KitKat quite fine. But I don’t know why Sony India has confirmed that Xperia L won’t get Android 4.4 KitKat update. They also declared that Android 4.3 JellyBean will be rolling out globally starting June, 2014. As this update will be the last update so Sony will deeply focus on Bug Fixes so all the bugs including “Battery Drains” after Android 4.2.2 update gets fixed.
Now the problem is that June has already passed and there is no sign of any Firmware update even after 3 months. Therefore I’m creating this thread so that all the unsatisfied Xperia L users can comment the problems that they are facing with their phones.
If this thread goes viral then I don’t think Sony has a single chance to avoid our demand as being their customers. Myself I’m a Xperia L user. I’m overall satisfied with the hardware and design but the buggy software is pretty disappointing.
So friends, share your experience with Xperia L with me using comments section below. This is my small attempt which may solve problems of all the Xperia L users worldwide, so let’s make it huge. Share this thread along with your friends, family or with any of your known person having Xperia L so that they can also share their experience. Later on I’ll write a mail to Sony on the behalf of you all with the link of this thread. This will surely create a huge pressure on them.
